Authentication Process

• We offer authentic pre-owned luxury goods, sourced and verified through trusted third-party authentication providers.

• Complimentary COAs are included with purchases of $600+.

• Select items below $600 may include a complimentary COA when specified in the product description.

• Items under $600 that do not state “COA Provided” may request authentication at the time of purchase only for an additional fee.

• Authentication methods, supported brands, and processing times may vary depending on the item.

Product Descriptions & Condition

• All items are pre-owned, and natural signs of wear may occur.

• Colors, textures, and tones may vary slightly based on lighting, screen resolution, and device settings.

• We provide multiple high-quality images and detailed descriptions to reflect each item’s true condition.

• Upcycled or artisan jewelry pieces are crafted using vintage or repurposed materials. Because these items may not contain branded components suitable for authentication, COAs are typically not available for this category unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

Condition Grading Guide

To ensure transparency, each item is assessed and categorized according to the following scale:

✨ Like New / Excellent

• Barely used, if at all.

• No visible wear.

• May include original packaging, receipts, dust bag, or extras when specified.

🥈 Very Good

• Gently used with minor signs of wear.

• Small/light marks or surface wear may be present but not noticeable at a glance.

• Clean and well maintained.

🥉 Good

• Visible signs of wear from normal use such as scuffs, scratches, small stains, or hardware/edge wear.

• Still in good functional condition.

Vintage / Loved

• Noticeable wear consistent with age and previous use.

• Marks, rubbing, discoloration, or hardware tarnish may be present.

• Ideal for collectors and lovers of character pieces.
