By placing an order, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • Items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated, and may show light signs of wear.

  • Product descriptions, photos, and condition information are provided to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

2. Eligibility

To shop with us, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Authenticity and authentication-documentation requests

  • Style Me Chic Lux is committed to offering authentic pre-owned luxury goods.
  • Independent third-party authentication documentation may be obtained when requested and when supported by an appropriate provider.
  • For eligible purchases priced at $500 or more, customers may request complimentary documentation at checkout. A request does not guarantee that documentation can be issued.
  • If requested documentation cannot be obtained, Style Me Chic Lux will contact the customer before shipment. The customer may proceed without it or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
  • For items priced below $500, customers must contact support@stylemechiclux.com before purchase to confirm availability and any applicable fee. No fee is charged until availability is confirmed.
  • When documentation is already included, the product listing will state that explicitly.
  • Provider coverage, processing time, and the ability to reach a conclusive result vary by item. Style Me Chic Lux does not guarantee or commit to a specific provider.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Style Me Chic reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO/PO Box addresses at this time.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Style Me Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is found to be:

• Final Sale: Except for items that arrive damaged or are materially different from their listing, all sales are final. If you requested authentication documentation and we are unable to obtain it, we will contact you before shipment. You may proceed with the purchase or cancel the affected item for a full refund. This exception applies only to the item for which documentation was requested and could not be obtained.
• And : Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

If a dispute arises, Style Me Chic may request third-party verification before determining eligibility for resolution.
Approved resolutions may include store credit, partial credit, item return approval, or repair — determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Style Me Chic is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Third-party authentication opinions after purchase

  • Loss resulting from misuse, wear, or handling of pre-owned goods

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, logo, branding, text, and layout, is the property of Style Me Chic and is protected by copyright law.
Content may not be used, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Orange County, New York courts.
