Items are sourced through trusted channels and inspected before sale. Independent third-party authentication documentation may be obtained when requested and when an appropriate provider supports the item.

Style Me Chic Lux selects an authentication provider according to the item’s brand, category, materials, condition, identifying information, and provider requirements. Provider selection may vary by item. We do not guarantee or commit to a particular authentication company.

Purchases Priced at $500 or More

For eligible purchases priced at $500 or more, customers may request complimentary third-party authentication documentation at checkout.

This is a request for an availability review and does not guarantee that documentation can be issued. Provider coverage and the ability to reach a conclusive result vary by item.

If requested documentation cannot be obtained, Style Me Chic Lux will contact the customer before shipment. The customer may proceed without the documentation or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

No authentication fee will be charged until availability is confirmed.

Documentation Already Included

When authentication documentation is already included with an item, the product listing will state that explicitly.

Upcycled and Artisan Items

• We provide multiple photographs and detailed descriptions intended to represent each item’s condition accurately.

Condition Grading Guide

To ensure transparency, each item is assessed and categorized according to the following scale:

✨ Like New / Excellent

• Barely used, if at all.

• No visible wear.

• May include original packaging, receipts, dust bag, or extras when specified.

🥈 Very Good

• Gently used with minor signs of wear.

• Small/light marks or surface wear may be present but not noticeable at a glance.

• Clean and well maintained.

🥉 Good

• Visible signs of wear from normal use such as scuffs, scratches, small stains, or hardware/edge wear.

• Still in good functional condition.

Vintage / Loved

• Noticeable wear consistent with age and previous use.

• Marks, rubbing, discoloration, or hardware tarnish may be present.

• Ideal for collectors and lovers of character pieces.
