  • Items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated, and may show light signs of wear.

  • Items are authentically sourced, inspected, and verified through reputable third-party authentication providers when applicable.

  • Upcycled jewelry or artisan pieces may utilize vintage or repurposed materials and may not qualify for COA authentication unless specified in the listing.

  • Due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, and device settings, colors and textures may appear different in person.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that condition has been disclosed to the best of our ability based on the information and photos provided.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Style Me Chic reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO/PO Box addresses at this time.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Style Me Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is found to be:

• Significantly not as described and
• Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

If a dispute arises, Style Me Chic may request third-party verification before determining eligibility for resolution.
Approved resolutions may include store credit, partial credit, item return approval, or repair — determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Style Me Chic is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Third-party authentication opinions after purchase

  • Loss resulting from misuse, wear, or handling of pre-owned goods

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
