Because our items are unique and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the policy below.

1. No Returns

  • We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped.

  • Please review all product photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully before purchasing.

  • If you have questions about an item, please contact us at support@stylemechiclux.com prior to checkout — we are happy to provide additional photos or details.

2. No Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available, as each item in our collection is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical product.

3. Authenticity

  • Style Me Chic is committed to offering authentic pre-owned luxury goods.

  • Complimentary Certificates of Authenticity (COA) are included for items priced $600 and above.

  • Select items under $600 may include a complimentary COA only when specified in the product description.

  • If an item under $600 does not state “COA Provided,” the buyer may request a COA to be added at the time of purchase only, for an additional fee.

  • COA services are performed through verified third-party authentication providers. Availability, processing time, and supported brands may vary.

  • Style Me Chic is not responsible for authentication opinions issued by third-party or outside authenticators after purchase, as authentication results and interpretations can vary by evaluator.

4. Condition Disclosure

  • All items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear.

  • We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos so you may evaluate condition before purchasing.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the item was represented accurately on our website and accept its described condition.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged in transit or significantly not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stylemechiclux.com, including photos for review.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

  • If approved, resolution may include repair, partial credit, or replacement when applicable — returns are not issued unless determined necessary by Style Me Chic.

6. Final Sale

  • All purchases made on stylemechiclux.com are considered final sale.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstance outside of Section 5 (damage/incorrect item).

  • Ordering from our website indicates acceptance of this policy in full.

    Condition Grading Guide

    To ensure transparency, each item is assessed and categorized according to the following scale:

    ✨ Like New / Excellent

    • Barely used, if at all.

    • No visible wear.

    • May include original packaging, receipts, dust bag, or extras when specified.

    🥈 Very Good

    • Gently used with minor signs of wear.

    • Small/light marks or surface wear may be present but not noticeable at a glance.

    • Clean and well maintained.

    🥉 Good

    • Visible signs of wear from normal use such as scuffs, scratches, small stains, or hardware/edge wear.

    • Still in good functional condition.

    Vintage / Loved

    • Noticeable wear consistent with age and previous use.

    • Marks, rubbing, discoloration, or hardware tarnish may be present.

    • Ideal for collectors and lovers of character pieces.
